Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr zentral direkt an der Burg gelegen. Die Motorräder konnten wir direkt vor dem Eingang auf dem sehr breiten Bürgersteig parken. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten mit nette Aussichten, sehr angenehm sich dort aufzuhalten. Frühstück wurde serviert aber ist völlig ausreichend und top.

En revanche il y avait malheureusement pas de savon pas de gel douche manque d’équipements etc

Great location in the old town, close to the castle. Lovely breakfast with delicious local cheeses, honey and jam. Staff were warm and welcoming. It was very reassuring when on messaging the hotel to tell them the train was running many hours late and my arrival would now be in the small hours of the morning they replied telling me to relax and enjoy the journey and they would be waiting for me whatever time I arrived.
Only a very small niggle, I always like to sleep with some fresh air and the window in my room was too high up for me to open

Atmospheric building, good location
Tiny rooms, with one tiny window. Very, very poor service, not a hotel level at all - room was never cleaned, breakfast is late and not really fresh (although you do get plenty of food), no coffee available (?!) even for breakfast, rude and uninterested staff. Far too expensive for what it offers.
