The apartment is bright, spacious, and nicely furnished. We particularly appreciated the lovely outdoor patio overlooking the garden, which was a pleasant space for dining outside and was also enjoyed by our dog, who loved having some outdoor space available. Although it is not located right in the centre of Torbole, for us, as we enjoy walking, the distance was absolutely manageable. We also really appreciated the availability of a private parking space, which is a valuable added benefit.

The apartment could get higher rating, but the overall equipment and amenities compared to the average of what other places offer, should be improved especially for guests staying for a week or longer. We missed a few basic items: a laundry basin, a small initial supply of washing machine detergent (to avoid guests having to buy a full package for just a couple of uses), a kitchen cloth is essential, a small mat under the kitchen sink to prevent water to go on the floor, hand soap on arrival is very basic but important, a toothbrush holder woul be nice Since the bathroom includes a bidet, we would also have appreciated having bidet towels available,. One final suggestion concerns the cookware: both the non-stick pans showed important signs of wear and would benefit from being replaced regularly, or alternatively replaced with more durable materials such as stainless steel. Major attitudes are: - small garden partially roofed by balcony above so possible to use even during rainy time. - private safe and spacious parking place assigned to apartment, accessible shortly though garden gate - peaceful location not far from lake and towns, hidden from the road by another house. It not noisy there - lake or nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes walk (there is safe pedestrian sidewalk along the road) Others: Solid shutters for cold nights Easy to drive in and get the keys from the key-box. There is a dishwasher machine - but if there are 4 cups, we do not run the machine almost empty and wash dishes manually In the wardrobe there were spare duvets. We moved them to other shelf to make space for our clothes. That duvets need refreshment, were not fresh and the odor-smell was terrible. We do not noticed WiFi password. We found the pass on the router hidden behind TV. Advice for Owner: prepare a one page with collected basic information like: WiFi pass, spare keys usage, rubbish sorting rules, electricity disconnection system, heating system) I was asked upfront to fill in an on-line check-in detailed questionnaire on some Italian web site.
