Everything and then more. So much better than a hotel.
Had trouble with the keypad and the owner had to reprogram so we could enter the room BUT very responsive and kind. The stairs were very steep. Good thing we were not in our 80's trying to maneuver those!!!

Beautiful room, esp bath. Nice, communicative staff. Charming historic location. Safe, secure property.
Walk-up several flights for our room. Sweltering attic heat in summer (but there’s a window a/c unit to help).

It was a decent place, nothing to write home about. Met the minimum needs and was clean.
The curtains didn't cover the windows enough to keep out light and were kinda cheap. There were no curtains in the bathroom window to provide privacy getting into and out of the tub. Parking is roadside and depending on when you get back to the your room parking can be a little walk, but not bad.
