Die Lage zur Innenstadt Murnau war sehr gut
unzureichende Beschilderung, bei Dunkelheit schlecht zu finden, ebenso die Rezeption.

Super nice appartment in an old house-garden. Things are very practical as well as comfortable. Check-in is very easy, host is very friendly and provide all the useful info. Very professional private host. We enjoyed our stay a lot!
wifi signal is a bit weak in general. Others are really fine.

The two apartments we had were spacious and nice, well equipped and practical. The large garden in front of the building is beautiful and has lots of space and even a small playground - ideal for families with kids. The owner family was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations on where to go. Just perfect hosts.
Of course the region around Murnau is beautiful and the Sporerhofe an ideal location to explore.
Actually, everything was great. If I need to find something to criticize: the sofa bed in one of the two apartments was a bit worn out and uncomfortable to sleep on.

The apartment was newly renovated and we were the first guests to stay. The owners were super helpful and the location was awesome. It was close to the supermarkets, railway station, restaurants. The place was nicely heated, well decorated and it was lovely staying here for 3 days

Excellent location near by train station and close to the city center, not necessary to have a car at all. Very pleasant staff and nice breakfast.

The bed was too hard. A small breakfast (including price) would be nice.

Wonderful place, very quiet location and near to every need.
Owner is really helpful, helped us organizing our trip. We dropped our plans and followed her tips, we loved it.
Not sure negative but there is no shampoo and shower gel. I guess this is normal in Bayern.

Basic supplies like toilet paper, salt and pepper etc in the kitchen were not provided.

Very nice garden, clean facilities, well equipped, nice hosts, good parking facilities, quiet location, supermarkets and city center and lake Staffelsee in walking distance.
Unfortunately there was no breakfast if you staid in an appartment (Ferienwohnung) (due to corona), but as you have a very nice bio-supermarket (Naturkostladen) right next door and a well equiped kitchen it was no problem. Internet/W-Lan was down for most of the time. Our appartment had a balcony but it was just looking to the parking lot.

Very modern and stylish bathroom, good breakfast and nice owners.
Due to roadworks in the area, it was not immediate to find the location or a car park.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great cozy atmosphere. We chose the place as a basis for skiing in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, but the neighbourhood was quite lovely. The room was spacious, equipped with most of needed issues, quite comfortable. It allowed self-catering, yet the breakfast was an option and seemed quite fine. Quiet place, shopping and restaurants nearby, parking on site.
As we were commuting to GaPa for skiing, the traffic jam on Saturday morning was an unpleasant surprise, but that is out of the reach of the hosts. We should have taken the train which is close by.
