The room, an Executive Suite, was very pleasant, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was also generous and offered a good variety of options. I would also like to mention Dinah, who was attentive and professional during the evening shift.

The welcome upon arrival was disappointing. One of the two receptionists was making an effort, but the other was constantly focused on her phone. The staff would clearly benefit from additional training in customer service and professionalism. The evening receptionists were more welcoming, especially Dinah. I was not given any information upon arrival about the Wi-Fi, gym, breakfast, or the hotel’s facilities. The Internet connection was also poor. I was disturbed by workers operating right next to my room at 8:30 p.m. while loading equipment into a room. In addition, my key card did not work, and I had to go back downstairs several times to have it updated. Having to make multiple trips was completely unacceptable and significantly affected my rating. Communication in English was sometimes difficult. It would also be helpful to clearly explain to guests that the door must be properly closed to prevent the alarm from going off. In my case, this woke me up at 6:00 a.m. and probably disturbed other guests as well. Finally, the hotel’s location is not ideal. It is practically necessary to have a car or take a taxi. Most places are at least 20 minutes away, and often longer depending on traffic, with the exception of Roshn Front. If I were to return, it would probably only be for one night because of the airport close by. The photos and positive reviews I had seen strongly influenced my decision, but the actual experience was more mixed. Ultimately, I felt that the hotel’s marketing was stronger than the quality of the experience on the ground.

Helpful hotel staff

The bed, pillow were not smell clean; smell heavy. The curtains not clean apparently not washed for a long time. The bathroom smells bad humid. Every morning after 5:00 am room smell cooking oil etc. like I am sleeping in the kitchen. There was mosquito in the room. The breakfast wasn’t fresh and no good taste at all.
