The size of the apartment was really nice. It is hard to find a 4 bedroom in that price range. What was shown is what we received. The location is good and the shops are nearby and the door was right by the bus stop. We found parking down the street. Asda and Tesco are nearby and an easy walk.
No issues with the place as I can see that they have looked at previous feedback and made changes.

The apartment was very spacious.
The bathroom was very dirty with soap scum on the walls around the shower and the toilet itself. The towels in the bedrooms were dirty, found snot like thingy on some of the bath towels. The bedroom we slept in, we found hairs in bed and looked like the sheets weren't changed. This really needs improvement and housekeeping needs to keep the bathroom and toilet really clean.
Other than that the apartment was very spacious, very warm when the boiler is turned on, though it has loads of stair cases. We had to keep our suitcases in the lounge for we didnt want the hustle of going up and down the stairs.

Amount of space available
Only 1 bathroom for what could have been 8 people if each bedroom was filled. Very steep stairs.
