Very good value, comfortable and clean room with good-sized and separated shower cubicle. Able to park our big bikes inside their garage
Nothing really within good walking distance

Room has plentiful space for the price. Cozy and clean overall.
Ants. :(
Water pressure is weak. Shower head might need replacement - has probably calcified from the hard water.
TV is mounted too high on the wall forcing you to look up if watching from the bed. Can be lowered to waist or chest level for a better viewing experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location near to city also good. AC in the room.
Very basic shared bathroom and VERY minimal cooking facilities, All shared amongst several room. Overall OK for a bed sit room, but needs more common facilities.
