Good value for money and a good location. It is within walking distance of the Hippodrome and very close to the T1 tram line and the Sea of Marmara. There is a shop nearby, and the area is quiet and safe. The apartment is small, like a studio. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa was not. The kitchenette is simple, but it is enough. Overall, it was fine and I can recommend it 😄 No complains at all !!

For the price, there's really nothing to complain about—it’s a good deal. I would happily stay here again or recommend it to a friend 😄

Prefect size, clean and newly renovated room with a small kitchenette, private bath and little living room. Great location. Staff onsite and on whatsapp were efficient and helpful.

The staff (a boy) was nice. The apartament was very clean.

I voted with just a 5, because when you book for an apartament you expect to be able to cook, and the pot and the pan were really grated, which is very harmful for the health, so we didn't cook almost anything because we were not confortable. Besides that, the "kitchen" is not a kitchen, it's just a crooked old electric stove that didn't heat well. We told the staff on the second day, but they didn't fix it. There was no microwave or oven, so we booked an apartament to be able to cook and we couldn't cook. We would go to a hotel or another apartament next time.
