The location is close to my family, it is great to give us some space. We use both bedrooms and enjoy the lounge. I thought it would be nice to sit outside, the mozzies joined me.
The mozzie bites, lol

I liked the location and it felt safe with security screens all round
The bathroom situation and the lack of a cloths dryer. The weather was wet while I was there so almost impossible to dry cloths.

Lovely quiet location close to water and train station.
The bathroom was tiny.
The billiard table takes up a lot of space in the living area.
No microwave.

Very clean, all linen spotless, great location. Enjoyable little cottage to stay in.
Both single mattresses need replacing, very uncomfortable. Kitchen in need of a larger fry pan and a microwave. Bath towels and some pillows need updating.
