This historic property is an absolutely stunning blend of old world architecture and modern craftsmanship. Although my sister and I were busy with a weekend visit to West Point, we made it a point of enjoying every moment we were back at the cottage. The books, artwork, historical touches and references throughout the home would have been reason alone to stay and simply immerse yourself in this gorgeous, perfectly curated oasis. The proprietors offered world-class service. Not only were they gracious and generous hosts, we truly appreciated the level of communication and care before and during our visit.

Everything was perfect and exceeded expectations.

The house was historically remodeled and was absolutely gorgeous. A perfect location jumping off point for touring the Hudson Valley, visiting West Point, all the places in Hyde Park and taking Hudson River cruises. I would go back to the house just to be in the house! Hope I can someday! Four of us stayed there, one challenged with mobility and it worked perfectly. It couldn't have been nicer and the hosts were super accessible! Beautilly furnished and supplied as well, much more than we expected!

Took us a couple of days to figure out the fancy light switches ;~) Absolutely no complaints!
