En genial me gustó todo lo único es que no tenía wifi ni microondas,aunque no me supuso ningún problema.

It was super convenient and provided what I needed
It was quite scruffy and the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on. I was disappointed that, since my booking was made, the tv disappeared from the video and listing, although the holes were evident on the wall. No tap in the bathroom basin, filthy oven door, missing drawer front beneath over, fridge door front at an angle. Apparently there’s free WiFi, but I was not supplied with the login details. The communal areas of the actual building were shabby too, stains on the carpets and rubbish that remained in situ for the whole of my stay.
I also tried to contact them a number of times to change my booking, but never had a reply, meaning that I paid for an additional night at the start of the week, then had to change all of my plans as I had to leave the property on Friday, a day earlier than I had planned for. I also then had to book an additional train home on Friday, losing my booking for Saturday.

Absolutely nothing. Guy wont even answer regarding a refund!
Got there and someone elses stuff was in the apartment down to clothes in the wardrobe and food in the fridge.By 4pm not resolved and he told me to just go out and it would be clean when i got back. How can you go out and relax then!? Didnt stay and ended up going to the Premier Inn at a further cost of £160. Won't even answer booking.com over my refund. Absolutely disgusting.

Lift not working, 4 floors to walk up a 100 steps.
