Our family really enjoyed the pool area and the facility. Jessica was very responsive to messages.

Upon noticing there was a leak the day after we arrived, we reached out to the contact number that was provided. We got a call back 45 hours later to acknowledge receipt of our call but it was another 48 hours before it was resolved. The leak was not just an inconvenience, but a hazard as I initially slipped before realizing the issue and it was also dangerous as it was filtering through a lamp. I filled a security report with the hotel and during the process they did not treat us like guests but more like outsiders as renters, they also refused to give us a copy of the report. We felt like this ordeal merited at least a couple of nights of compensation but were offered $150 to “make it right” which we declined since that was not going to change the impact this inconvenience had on our family vacation.

The unit was clean and comfortable, the location is excellent, right on the beach. Our kids loved the pools and hot tubs, and the balcony with waterway and beach views were amazing. Loved it - we would love to come back.

I took my son and his friends and we stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. The room was plenty big for five of us. 2 moms and 3 18 yrs. If you're looking for a fast pace location, I would say this is not it, but if you're looking for a nice, relaxing, cozy place... This is it!! It is in a safe location, valet & front desk were helpful in answering all our questions. Will return next week!

This place has an awesome location. We really enjoyed the pool and loved having access to the boardwalk where you could easily get to the beach. It was also in a great spot to take ubers to all of the main locations we wanted to hit in Miami. We would stay here again!

This place has an awesome location. We really enjoyed the pool and loved having access to the boardwalk where you could easily get to the beach. It was also in a great spot to take ubers to all of the main locations we wanted to hit in Miami. We would stay here again!

We had six grown men, young professionals aged ranged 24-32. This place was AWESOME! This condo was the perfect size for us on a long weekend bachelor party and had everything we wanted and needed for a trip to Miami! Cozy decor, nice bathrooms, and great view from the balcony as well. The Alexander resort and all the staff were super nice and very accommodating! They checked us in several HOURS early on day one, and on the last day after checkout time, they let us store our luggage in the lobby so we could still enjoy the resort/beach all day before we had to head to the airport at night! Highly recommend and, although we're a little past the frat boys phase, we probably could have fit 1-2 more people fairly comfortably.

it was a perfect combination for late teens to have fun in FL without a really wild crowd. plenty of fun 20-30s, water was just gorgeous.

The listing stated we would bypass the front desk and use a code to enter our condo. So not true. The front desk had us going up to our room and back many times to retrieve information. The lady at the front desk was probably one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in hospitality. Our husbands went to buy our groceries. Upon their return the groceries were immediately snatched out of their hands until we went down to verify they were with us. One of the main reasons we rented this condo was because the trolley stopped right outside. It did not. It just passes you by. Jessica and Michal were very nice. It’s the actual condo employee that was not. The room is very dirty. There’s sand and pubic hairs along the walls in the bathroom. Built up shower gunk along the shower doors. Dirty dishes put up in the cabinets in the kitchen. The blankets smelled of bad body odor along with the pillows on the couch. I would suggest Jessica get a new housekeeper. On the plus side the beach is gorgeous! The Tiki bar employees are very nice and hospitable. We would definitely not stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay for a 4 day weekend. There were 7 of us that fit comfortably with plenty of room. We had enough supplies and everything was clean. Location is close to everything, catching a ride only takes a minute. Nice pool area and direct beach access.

HORRIBLE!!!! They lied during booking saying it was a 3 bedroom 2 bath. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath. It has an odor. The lights were off when we arrived. Dirty towels piled up in the corner in the living room. Dirty nasty and it stunk. ROACHES GALORE!!

Was booked for Nov 1-4. Upon arrival Apt was not cleaned - food crumbs in bed, stains on sheets and comforter, fake eyelashes left over in the shower. Not to mention the not 1 but 2 cockroaches found in the Apt. Was so bad my group and I had to leave and book a hotel last minute. When I FINALLY got a hold of the property manager (after multiple calls and voicemail) her exact response was "It's Florida, there are bugs" as if that's supposed to make in acceptable. I live in NYC and have never had that problem. She was not understanding of the situation at all. She also thought simply calling the exterminator was going to make it all better. I was in Miami celebrating my 30th bday with my friends. We did not need the hassle of waiting for an exterminator or ingesting all those fumes while we are there for a fun and enjoyable weekend. Completely unacceptable and I do not recommend staying here at all.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Two bedrooms with two queen sized beds and a pullout couch in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with the basic to cook. There's a balcony. Gym out by the pool is a little far and has no cell signal but has sauna, weights, and multiple cardio machines. Jacuzzi and pool and beach access. The only real issue was booking. Unsure if that's a VRBO issue but extra fees popped up because of the size of my party and paying with credit card.

Condo was a very nice unit. Beautiful side views of ocean to the east and sunsets to the west. Parking worked out well in lot close to building. Great spot on ocean for beach rentals and jet skis. Great location, great unit. We were vacationing in Siesta Key and had to leave because of red tide so it was the perfect place to continue our beach vacation.

Overall, I was very happy with my stay minus a few mishaps. The master bedroom has two queen sized beds and plenty of room with an attached master bathroom with two sinks, toilet, and shower. The master bathroom ceiling was leaking from the above unit for 3 out of the 4 days we stayed. I contacted Jessica immediately and she did the best she could with the maintenance workers and I appreciated this. Later Friday night, I was blow drying my hair in the dining area and my sister was blow drying her hair in the master bathroom which led to a fuse to blow. We told the front desk staff immediately and they did not send anyone to fix it within the next two days of our stay. The kitchen was clean minus the dishwasher. The dishwasher left a thick white residue all over the dishes and we had to manually re-wash the dishes ourselves.
Minus these mishaps the condo was adequately equipped for our personal needs and spacious enough for 9 girls! The location was great with only a short Uber/Lyft ride to many restaurants and nightlife- only 2 minutes from Fontainebleau and LIV. If you want to go to South Beach from here, it was about a 20 minute drive to the beach and other nightlife. Even though the hotel is under construction, I felt the pool and beach was maintained well and we enjoyed our time in these areas!

It was fabulous to have a pool and the beach right there, with great views of three different bodies of water from the balcony. There’s not a tremendous amount right around the building (so prepare to Uber/Lyft for restaurants or bars), but if you’re looking for a relaxing place to get away by the water, you really couldn’t ask for much more. The pool area is still under construction as of July 2018, which meant using a weird hallway to access the beach and pool, but didn’t impede use and I think it’ll look great when it’s completed.

We really liked the location and the property was immaculate. Clean kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Jessica was an excellent host. Check-in and out was also a breeze. The room has all the amenities that you would need for a short stay. We also liked the outdoor pool and the easy access to the beach. I would recommend this place to everyone.
P.S.- I did not see any roaches and the unit has been well looked after.

Had a wonderful surprise when I opened the door to the condo. It was beautifully decorated spacious and clean with plenty of room. The location was great! In the very heart of Mid beach . 5 mns. to world famous Fountain Blu hotel. 15 mns. to south beach . Great views of bay and beach.
There was some remolding going on in the hotel but hardly noticed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Had a great time at the beach which was right out the door past the swimming pool. Rode the free trolley all over and bike rental out side the front entrance. Loved every minute of it I'm coming back to this condo.

Jessica's condo was cute and spacious. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Overall cleanliness was up to par. The only thing we had to complain about were the roaches. We stayed Thursday night to Sunday morning, and I think we killed at least 10 of them. The building itself was dated but under construction, so not much to say there. Great beach access, nice heated pool. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Just wished there weren't any roaches.

My mother, sisters, husband, son and I (9 people total) stayed at the apartment for an extended weekend (Thursday - Monday). On the good side, the owner was very kind and always provided prompt answers to the questions we had. The location was very nice - right on the beach within a short drive or long walk (2 miles) to the nightlife hotspots. The pool was heated so it was several degrees warmer than the ocean (in May). The guys working at the pool were very nice. On the bad side, the building is going through renovation during the weekdays, so when workers start drilling on the roof it is very audible and annoying. To be fair, I was aware of the renovations before renting. I give two stars to my stay for the following reasons, first the apartment was dusty, the drawers had hairs, the microwave had food residues, and the worst the kitchen had cockroaches. The automatic front door was shut down because of the sabbath, which we respectfully accepted, however it was never re-activated. The valets were rude and the people from the front desk were not very nice either. One night a party in a neighboring room kept us awake passed the middle of the night (1:00am), then We called the front desk and they came later to shut it down.

This place was fine with regards to having plenty of space to accommodate a group. When we got there we were greeted by a few cockroaches and there were some crumbs in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have more cleaning supplies provided such as a broom or paper towels. Clorox wipes aren't very useful for cleaning up the floor. Some more kitchen utensils would be nice as well. No pizza cutter and dull knives made for a tough time cutting frozen pizzas. The Wi-Fi wasn't very fast or reliable which made us use more data on our cell phone plans than we would have liked.
If you're just looking for a place to sleep at night with easy access to a pool and the beach this place is a great option.
