Ease of check-in and check -out. Friendly and accommodating staff. Studio apartment was bright, spacious, well equipped and had a nice view over the river . Location was really central.

Locatie perfect en mooi ingerichte studio
ENORM GEHORIG!!!
Vanaf 6.30 gingen bovenburen heen en weer lopen en op de houten vloeren maakt dat een enorme herrie!!
Pand is gerenoveerd maar de vloeren zijn niet geluids geïsoleerd.
Kraakt en bonkt ook als mensen rustig lopen.
We vonden het zef

Top locatie aan rand van centrum Maastricht, ruime lichte studio met uitzicht op de Maas, prima minikeukentje, lekker warm in de koude winter. Parkeergarage om de hoek.
Bedden beginnen door te zakken en zijn toe aan vervanging, hoofdkussen was te dik, met stijve nek wakker geworden. Strak design is leuk, maar niet altijd praktisch. Shampoo staat bijvoorbeeld buiten de douche. En dat de tv achter de spiegel zit, betekent vooral dat je de tv minder goed ziet (reflectie van de lamp in de spiegel).

Emplacement parfait et hyper central. Le studio familial était à 1 mn de l'hôtel.
Grand studio plutôt appartement d'ailleurs avec tout le confort nécessaire. Appartement design avec une belle petite terrasse.
Thé et café étaient disponibles à l'arrivée pour se sentir déjà chez soi.

The reception staff made an effort to sort out problem. In particular the reception on day 2 were most helpful. location close t0 city centre and within walkable distance 30 mins of MECC. Secure underground public carpark within 100 metres
1. Only two pillows and not able to find any more despite best efforts. first night I used my rucksack as pillow so my wife could have two. The morning receptionist made a real effort and found us two more.
2. Toilet had significant brown limescale as a result of poor cleaning.
3. Bed had mattress topper that didn't stay in place made bed very uncomfortable and gave me backache
4. No safety information including no plan of floor with clearly marked exits. In a fire this hotel would be death trap as only one way out
5. coffee machine with only two capsules on arrival - so no coffee in the morning - disappointing
6. Paint work showing its age.

Great locality in the city center, near to a public parking place, a pleasant surprise was a terrace belonging to our room. Hotel has a swimming pool available in the other part of the premises.

Amazing facilities, modern and spacious appartment close to work. A lovely terasse and plenty of windows, modern style, comfortable bed, quiet and well lit. Plenty of storage, has a dishwasher, huge dining table, very good WiFi, would definitely stay again.
I would prefer black out curtains to increase room obscurity as sunrise is quite early in the summertime

A very good hotel, the location is excellent.
We got the impression that guests were not supposed to bring anything with them. There are no hangers anywhere, no desk or table or any place to put away things. Very minimalistic.

it’s location is great. despite being in city Centre, it was not noisy. studio apartment was good for a longer stay for me, with good amenities and space.
bed was abit too soft for my liking.

Great location near OLVP. Lots of room in the appartment. Clean and minimalistic design. Easy check-in and out. We've been here before and we'll book again next year.

Great location and provide you with a great view from the appartement. The staff was lovely as I had an issue with my card and they were happy to provide other means of payment instead of canceling our reservation.
There is no microwave in the appartement which was unfortunate as we were there for 5 days

Really friendly owners and staff made us feel more like friends than a hotel guest. Went out of their way to enhance our holiday by taking an interest in us and recommending places of interest to visit and eat. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Nice property, definitely more than 3 stars. the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. the pool is nice and relaxing, and the bathtub in the room is amazing. thank you for the nice stay.

The place design is so fresh, comfortable and minimalist. You really feel relax! Wifi, consignee application are very useful. You can walk to everywhere in centre. And also there is a hot pool!!! It is really fantastic.
We were only forced by stairs...
