We were there for a visit to the lakes in the Lake Region of northern Italy. We decided to use this hotel as a base to visit Lake Iseo and Lake Como. It was good for Lake Iseo, but a bit too far from Lake Como, although we managed to make a day trip to Lake Como from there. The location is fantastic for the views of Lake Iseo. It has a nice and pleasant pool and a hot tub, but I didn't use them. It also has a sauna and a gym, but I didn't use them. The property is big, and one can walk around, except when there are events, like weddings, which limit access to certain areas. The staff is very nice. IT has a very nice fine dining restaurant inside the property, which is handy since it is far from the center. There is another fine restaurant close by (by car) that I would also recommend.

But you have to take the car to go anywhere. Our room was good, but there was no view. I understood that there were other rooms with a lake view. I would advise on those. Limitations to access to certain areas when there were events. But that doesn't happen all the time and it is mainly on week ends.

Liked the hotel hated the room. There are some nice rooms and some terrible ones. We got the latter. I loved the morning breakfast and the views were gantadtic.

I didn’t like the rooms. The dinner was overrated and expensive. We didn’t skimp on any event and the experience was underwhelming. The commute to the hotel requires a rental car. Not worth a cab.
