Located close to the strip in a quiet neighborhood. The pool and air hockey table are great additions. Much more relaxing than staying on the strip!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our recent experience at this lovely Las Vegas rental. Merc and his wife greeted us upon arrival. It was immediately evident that this couple takes great pride in making sure their guests have everything they need. The home is beautifully decorated with high quality mattresses ( a plus for us) and attention to detail, including flashlights hanging near the bedroom doors. While it was a bit chilly during our stay, our grandkids enjoyed sitting around the pool and wading in a bit. The well manicured back yard was a lovely place for all eight of us to enjoy some sunshine.The home offers a split floor plan with the master bedroom and bath to one side and the two remaining bedrooms on the other side. This was perfect for our needs. My daughter and son-in-law and their family were on one end of the house and my husband and I on the other end. We have rented nearly 2 dozen vacation homes in various states accross the US and Canada in the last decade, and this home ranks among the very best!

Stay was for business. Great to have a retreat away from the strip. Merc was wonderful, starting with the personal attention to our comfort settling in, to all the help he provided along the way, to the final checkout. We would highly recommend this property.

Our first time to vegas and were not used to the heat. AC worked great, and merc was very accommodating! It was sooo nice to see the fresh fruit in fridge! I was over heated. He brought two fans over also, which was wonderful!! The shower had plenty of hot water, kitchen was very nice. Whole house decorated tastefully. My sister in law wanted to move in I think! And the best part ...memory foam on the beds! Wow, this was the absolute best I've slept on any vacation we've ever taken!! Getting to and from the strip and our grand canyon tour was so easy and close. We'd love to come back and visit again! Thank you again Merc for all the hospitality and time you spent providing me information about the area and answering all my questions! You have a very beautiful home in a perfect location!

I was in la and decided to go to vegas with my family I contacted the owner and he was so prompt, I have to say if I can give more stars I would not just the property being everything as described but the level of service you receive from owner a complete gentleman. I would definitely stay here again forget hotels when you are this close to strip with your own pool and plenty of room when we got there was fresh fruit waiting for us when we got there the hospitality was beyond can't wait to come back thank you again Mercier!

My family and I are very impressed with this home. The home is in a nice location. Merc, the owner, greeted us when we arrived. He even bought some food for us. He was very friendly, warm and hospitable. He made our stay in Vegas very enjoyable. It was nice to come back to a spacious and quiet place after the long walk and the hustle and bustle of Vegas. My 78 year old grandmother had so much fun and she enjoyed Merc so much... she wants to go back before the end of the year to stay at this place again..so you'll be seeing us again soon Merc. The swimming pool was very refreshing and my grandkids and the rest of the family enjoyed it very much.

The listing description is accurate. The property is actually much BETTER than the pictures. The property is very clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is awesome. My kids, niece, and nephew loved it. The property is close to everything. Walmart is probably 1/2 a mile away. Plus plenty of nearby restaurants. Mr. Boykins, the owner, is great. He was very respectful and very nice. He responded to text or phone calls immediately; although we did not need him during our stay. He greeted us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. He stocked the refrigerator with water, juices, and other beverages too. He also provided us with bagels and fruits. Which is really great when you arrive late in the evening and don't have the time to run to market. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mr. Boykins, for making our vacation very memorable!!!

I was a little hesitant to reserve a house that had no reviews at the time, so I emailed the owner, Mr. Boykins. He replied immediately and answered all my questions in detail. I’m glad I made the right decision! House is very close to the airport and to Strip, located in the nice quiet residential area with everything you'd need at a short distance. There is Walgreen's around the corner, Walmart in about 10-15 min drive, countless stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. in the area. It was nice that the owner met us at the house and showed us around. He had a fridge full of fruit, water, beer, juice and all kinds of breakfast items waiting for us. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook. House was clean. Pool was clean and there was a whole basket of new pool towels by it. The backyard was fenced and very private. Internet worked flawlessly, which is always a problem in any hotel we’ve stayed in Las Vegas. Air conditioner worked great, which is, obviously, very important when it’s 120 degrees outside. The owner was easily reachable whenever we needed him.The location made for a convenient home base for our day trips to Hoover Dam ( about 40 min drive ) and to Grand Canyon West ( about 2 hrs). We had a great time coming back from all the activities and just relaxing at the house. I have to say, as great the house and the pool were, what made our stay memorable was that Mr. Boykins really knows what hospitality means. I mentioned to him in passing that we were celebrating a birthday of one of the member of our group on this trip. We couldn’t believe our eyes but on that day, Mercier personally brought his congratulations with a huge birthday cake and a bucket of ice-cream! How often do you see that anymore?! It was really sweet. Thank you, Sir! ;0) I’m sure we will be staying there again on our next trip to Las Vegas.
