The house was great. It was enough space for everyone. It was really close to the beach and a lot of things were within walking distance. The pool was also great the whole trip.

Very clean and well kept. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was amazing and the pool was an added luxury that we loved!!

We loved the location of this house. The house was very nice. The pool was great ! We would have liked a different outside grill, hangers in the bedrooms, the master suite mattress could have been better. Overall, our vacation was great!

It was very spacious for my family and I. We loved having the private pool to swim in especially for the kids. The house is not located on the beach, but that didn’t bother us at all, It’s just a short walk away.

The house was just as GORGEOUS as the pictures. It had plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Enjoyed our stay while there.

The home was clean and beautiful. Only issue was listing stated 5 bedrooms, but one room with bunkbeds did not have a door or curtain for privacy. Only other issue, was we stayed here twice and the door code wasn't changed. He did say he would change it after I asked, but I just found it odd to not change it everytime. Otherwise that, it was nice and easy check-in/ out I would recommend renting this house.

Great location and very beautiful home .Icemaker didn't work for the 6 days we were there and internet kept going off no connection.Finally the last day we had connection after service call.Service did come check it ,but not repair it,but stated it keeps doing that .Well then fix them.! Very aggravated about two faulty important home features .

Location of this property was perfect for our family, only takes approximately 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which is great for small kids! House is nicely decorated, roomy, and comfortable. We were able to spread out and not be crowded. It was advertised to have 3 pull out couches, however there are only 2. The 2 are very close together, making it a bit difficult to pull them both out. We ended up only using 1 as a pull out so that worked for us. Beds were comfortable. Loved that it has 4 full bathrooms and plenty of hot water. Kids enjoyed the bunk room! TVs in every room is great after a long day to unwind. Kitchen is well equipped and roomy to prepare meals. Pool was cold but kids loved it! Few issues we had upon arrival were taken care of promptly and Justin was awesome. Super responsive and helpful! My only issues you may want to check the drier as it is very slow to dry clothes and the ice maker did not work. We didn’t call on those because we made out fine. The property was overall clean, however, may want to remind cleaners to check in couch and sweep under furniture as we found several bottle caps left behind. Also, do not park across the driveway as one of guests had their car towed while packing up. However, other people’s cars were parked there all week and we never saw anyone get towed. Overall, wonderful house and would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time!

Lots of room for sleeping guests ~ many pull out couches so even though it was a tight fit for 18 people, it was doable for the week. We had some issues with the house when we first arrived, because it had been empty for a few months before our group showed up. We were able to get most of those issues taken care of quickly. The other few problems we had during the week were mostly due to communication with the management company, but we were able to discuss those after the trip and I am confident that moving forward the house will be a good option for large groups/families wanting a nice house in a terrific location.
