Off-season rental for 6 months while looking for a home to buy. Property is immaculate and well equipped. Location is outstanding - 2 blocks from the lake. Easy walk to downtown. Beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept in.

My husband, 8YO and I come to Ludington every year to visit close friends. This year we stayed at the Big Yellow House for the first time and could not be more pleased with the property and neighborhood. We stayed and worked from the house for 3 weeks. The house is so comfortable, the kitchen so well equipped, the beds were comfy, and the location, just 2 blocks to the beach was amazing. We had deer in the yard multiple times which we all loved, and we even played pickle ball across the street and went to an Orioles High School football game to cap off our trip. Evening sunsets, and s'mores on the fire pit, many dinners on the beautiful porch out front were just a few of the memories we made. We will come back again and again. Thank you Nicole and the West Shore property management company for being so helpful and accommodating!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Yellow House. Morning coffee on the front wrap-around porch was so relaxing. The kitchen was a great size for lots of cooking during our two-week stay w everything we needed. The “mud room/laundry room” rwas the best! Perfect for dropping off beach bags and shoes, and throwing wet towels on the dryer. Location was great! Just a few blocks to the beach.
