This place was great for what we needed! The beds were a bit uncomfortable but we made do! We really enjoyed our time here and it was close to all the main attractions!

The place was great. I really enjoyed the privacy the three different rooms offer with their own televisions. We were all able to unwind privately watching our own preferred shows. I didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor seating area since I’m not a fan of Texas heat, but it would be nice to enjoy in the cooler months. The parking is definitely a plus - it is safe parking for three vehicles tucked behind the house away from the street. I think everything you can need is provided by the host. I didn’t find that I we were missing or in need of anything. The location is super convenient to most places. I particularly enjoyed the artsy area on Race Street with eclectic eateries and shops. The climate control of the place was great as well. The layout lends itself for social hour or private renewal time. I really enjoyed the pet flexibility which was a requirement for me. Everything was clean upon arrival and the host communicated very well. All in all, it was a great choice and experience. My only words of awareness are for those who may be challenged to climb stairs - be aware there are stairs to enter and a quite steep staircase to the upper level where two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are located. Be cognizant that stairs must be navigated.

Air conditioning was wonderful! Not far from top sights we wanted to see like the stockyards. We had a great time in Fort Worth!

We were unaware that the location was a duplex in a run down neighborhood with dogs barking next door all night. We had heating issues and had to wear jackets due to imbalanced heat throughout. It was fairly close to the stockyards though.
