Rental procedures were easy. Perfect property for our stay. Will definitely want to book with this property owner again.

Great place right on the beach.

The property was just as advertised. It's a great location on a quieter part of the beach, it's far enough down the beach you can be there during spring break and not have all the spring break craziness, but close enough if you want to get into that you can quickly. Place was clean, well furnished, and has it's own walk way right onto the beach. We had five adults staying on this trip and had more than enough room for everyone. Well priced and definitely would stay again.

The house and property are wonderful!!! I’m just said we didn’t get to be at the house more to enjoy the beach, travel ball tournament had us away from sun up to sun down! Will definitely be booking for an actual vacation! Beds were upper comfortable!

If I ever go back to Panama, i will stay at this property. We loved the patio right on the beach. The rooms were spread out and fit us all perfect, the kitchen and seating were ample. It was so cute, the perfect little beach cottage!

Loved the house and location, plenty of room for 8 people. The in-law room was great also. The only things I would say that needs improvement is there definitely needs to be more than 3 bath towels in each bathroom. We had to wash at least every other day. And I was charged for a broken mirror that fell off the wall sometime before we got there. Of course we didn’t notice it because it was behind the bed and who looks there. Overall 9/10 will stay again

This was our second year staying here while visiting pcb, the house is exactly as described in the description . We love staying here for the easy access to the beach and also close to town. The house is great as well and is supplied well for your stay and we loved the updating that was done to the back area since our last visit. We'll be back next year to book with you.

I would definitely recommend this place as it is extremely nice, and just as described. Waking up to the view of the beach was amazing and definitely a place I would rent again.

I loved that I could walk out the back doors and right onto the beach. I had younger children with me and it was perfect for us to go to the beach whenever and when they got cranky it was easy to get right back to the house. The water hose to rinse off any sand was also a big plus.

Nice home we spend a good time at this nice home with the family the ac was nice and cold very nice clean. Me and my family love it I recommend it 👍

We had the best time staying at this beach house. The area was perfect, not too crowded. The property manager was so nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Upon check in we had so many issues hard to list them all. First, the refrigerator was literally Warm. They responded 24 hrs later and did something and it started working. 2- lights above the bar seating flickered off and on where you couldn't use them. 3- outdoor garbage cans were full for 3 days while there and had no where to store trash. 4-master bath shower leaked inside the room and oitside the room around the house while shower was in use. They attempted to fix bit caused more issues due to the sewer gas venting through the shower drain into the house. 5- hair was everywhere on beds and pillows. 6- appears no deep cleaning is ever done due to major dirt around windows, doors, tubs counters etc 7- advertised BBQ pit but that thing wasn't even usable due to age and condition 8-only gave us towels for 4 people but supposed be enough for 10. 9- washer machine was NASTY DIRTY 10- DRYER was very small and had to dry 2x to get dry 11-kitchen supplies extremely dated. From 1970s . 12- no broom at the house for guests 13-master bed fell apart in middle of night 14-one of bedrooms were terribly hot and hard to sleep. 14- ac filter was extremely dirty therefore wasn't cooling properly (even notified them) 15- house as a whole is very outdated and old feeling. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. They didn't care of my issues even though I paid a TON money.

The house was dirty when we got there grease in the microwave dirty dishes in the sink refrigerator had not been wiped out. Sand on the floor. Roger came and cleaned at 9:30 at night. We should have not had to call him. For what we paid to stay there it was terrible. The shower in the captain’s room dumped water on the bedroom floor and under the wall out in the drive way. Don’t stay here. It was bad!!

We had a great stay at this home. The check in was easy and everything was as expected. The home was very comfortable for the 5 of us. There was no need to use the "capitains quarters" for more than a shower which was fine with us. That room could use an A/C refresh we didn't feel comfortable leaving it on. The kitchen has the basics and lots of space to work in. We absolutely loved the patio area, it was spacious and the view was breathtaking. We really loved the small trail to the beach, it felt so special. The rental itself was worth it, and I likely would stay here again.

We had a great time at the Seabreeze Jazz Fest. The fun House is a short 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic.

Let’s start with the only thing that was great with this house patio! The view was amazing! Now while you on the patio be mindful of the columns as they are held together with zip ties. Inside well thats another issue. There was a bar on the window at the street with no curtain. MB is not attached to the house nor does it have a beach view. The AC did not work when we arrive and maintenance said it was a “POS” and should have been replaced a long time ago. The house itself was nasty and out dated. Outlets were burned out, half off the lights didn’t work. All shower curtains were stain along with curtains that were threadbare. The laundry room is outside and complete gross with actually crap on the machines. Oh and my favorite the rule of “NO SHOES” in the house with floors that make your socks black! We did clean ourselves because why call for people that did not clean in the first place nor the last six months. Sad because this would be a great rental!

Bring nothing but your swimsuits! The house has everything you need. If we could give 10 states we would! Very responsive and accommodating for our special needs daughter, we will post lots of pics on Paws for a princess,

Wonderful spring break! Immediate attention from the owner regrading a couple of issues. House could use some updating but very clean and nice for our family. Would definitely book again!

FunHome was a great place for our small group. It was cute, clean and the location right on the beach can't be beat. We had everything we needed. Aneliya was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would definitely rent this place again!
