We were in town for a tradeshow and couldn’t have asked for a better property or stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with others!

We have never been to Knoxville and decided to stop on our way back from Florida. Clean and cute as could be. Very comfortable and enjoyed televisions in all the rooms, giving everyone a place to relax. Unfortunately. the weather was not warm enough to enjoy the darling front and back porch areas. I would suggest either putting the overhead lighting on dimmers or adding a lamp (floor). Too bright for watching TV but too dark with only one lamp.

We enjoyed our stay and had extra room to hang out, the house was fully updated and had everything we needed to relax.

We really enjoyed ourselves at this VRBO. The home was completely remodeled so everything was shiny and new. The home was also very clean and that is very important to us. The owners are extremely responsive to any needs you have and that was greatly appreciated. We loved our time in Knoxville, TN!

Very clean and newly remodeled house. Have zero complaints. Host was communicative. Exactly as listed. It was perfect for what we needed to attend game weekend.
The only thing I would mention (and this applies to all of Knoxville, not this house) is the Uber/Lyft situation is horrendous. I’d plan on driving most places.

This home is newly renovated and remodeled, giving it a modern but still cozy feel. Has everything we needed. Property setting in the forested area was beautiful with the fall colors of the leaves. Terrific fenced in back yard. Location is great, close to shops, restaurants and major streets and highways. We were very pleased.

Great house with all you need for a family stay in Knoxville. Very clean and the house is very nice. The house has been remodeled and is fun to stay in. Everything is new.
Great location as this is on an older, well established street. The neighborhood was great for walking the dogs. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Great communication throughout, never had a question as every point was provided covered, via communication, when needed.

Great house! Convenient location in safe neighborhood. Very clean! Freshly remodeled. There were only two negatives of our stay. The WiFi did not work but were weren’t there long enough for it to really matter and the air would not go below 70. We typically sleep at a temp of 68 so we were warm at night. There were extra fans in the closet.

The house and everything was great. It was so nice finally staying some place that actually had non-stick pans and the proper utensils to use in them. The shower in the mater bath was fabulous. The back yard was very relaxing.

Overall property was as described. Outside areas need cleaning and spider webs removed for enjoyment of those areas.

This was a beautiful house in a great location. So clean and had everything you would need to make dinners and make it your home for the week. Wonderful neighborhood as well!!

Great little 3 bedroom base for exploring the Knoxville area

A very clean and cozy house in a quiet neighborhood yet centrally located to everything to do in Knoxville. The listing incorrectly says the master bedroom has a king bed. It was a queen bed which was challenging for me and my wife as we are both tall people. The property owners were very responsive to our concerns and were good to work with.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Could use another chair in living area and maybe small chair in master bedroom. Very generous supply of cleaning products and paper products.

Because one of our grandchildren is on the autism spectrum we wanted a house with a somewhat protected yard. The house has a lovely patio so we were able to enjoy many hours outside. It’s also very conveniently located for visits to other places like Pigeon Forge.

Beautiful property conveniently located near Neylund Stadium. The property was very clean and was equipped with all of the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. I only rated the communication with the property manager category because it was required. I actually didn’t have any issues that required communication. Our family would definitely stay at this property again for future recruiting/vacation trips.
