This house was perfect for our family coming into town for a wedding. Close to the parks but away from the "tourist" area to enjoy some quite time. The house was large and the layout provided plenty of space for all of us. It was clean upon arrival and Paul was understanding that we landed in the morning and we were able to check in early. Getting through the community security gate and using the entrance code to the home were easy. Paul, the host, was very responsive to any questions or inquiries throughout the whole booking process. Bedrooms were large, clean bathrooms and nicely stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses and cookware. Loved that every bedroom had a smart TV. The screened pool was lovely and provided a great place to begin and end the day. Would stay again if visiting the area.

The stay was great. Paul the owner was reachable and very professional. The pool was a very nice plus. Would highly recommend staying here

Everything was great.Paul was the perfect host!

The house was ok. When we arrived (4:00 pm), the house was hot and the temp outside was 100 heat index. We turned the air down, left for a few hours and came back to an even hotter house. The contact I had was useless (home owner). I got a hold of the property manager customer service and they got a hold of the other property owner who quickly answered. By 10:30 pm, the AC was finally fixed. The house naturally runs hotter than it feels due to the lack of air flow. (no fans in the south is crazy, but that's a preference I guess)The game room was completely useless for the week due to the heat. There is nothing in there. Its just a heat box with a pool table. That was a big selling point for me because me and my son enjoy playing pool and this was his last vacation before starting college (it was also his birthday) So if that is something you plan on using, don't go during the summer. The house itself was ok. The kitchen lack some of the things I would think are pretty basic stuff. I don't expect a fully furnished gourmet kitchen but rent a house over a hotel because I like feeling like we are at home and I love to cook. I literally had nothing to cook in the oven with. I was cooking homemade biscuits one morning and just assumed that there would, at minimum, be a pan or something, I guess I was supposed to travel with my own cook wear. I bought some stuff from the local Publix but i was surprised. This is the 1st property I've ever rented that had so little.
