Staff and some of the facilities are top noch.
Rooms are aged, ours didn’t have a balcony to dry swim suits. Value for money? So so, they increased the price yet again for next year so it’s getting less and less value for money.

Amazing vegan food!! Very good beach
The beach chairs are not entirely private so some days especially in weekends it was crowded with visitors from outside the hotel

We couldn't have asked for a better holiday. The all-inclusive package offered fantastic value and convenience, but what really made the stay memorable was the service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. If you have children, the Kids Club is phenomenal—our child practically lived there and had a blast every single day. We left feeling relaxed and thoroughly impressed!

Beautiful property. Lovely and clean. Facilities are excellent.
We went out of hight season and the hotel was not busy. On our first night, we ordered food at the bar. Food took over an hour to arrive and was cold on arrival. Drinks also took a long time to arrive.
