I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was a bit mixed. The food was nothing to write home about; it was just okay. However, the real drawback was the size of the beds and rooms, which were incredibly tiny. It felt cramped.
On the positive side, the location was fantastic. You don't need to worry about finding food or parking nearby; everything is conveniently accessible. One downside, though, was that there were no indoor activities or offers when the weather was bad.
In summary, if you prioritize location and convenience, this hotel might work for you. However, be prepared for small rooms and average food options. Additionally, I found the dining hall to be very loud during peak hours, which made it a bit challenging to have a quiet and relaxed meal.

3 star, but at the highest level (almost 4 star-feeling). Good food, excellent environment,friendly staff, very good freetime opportunities. With kids, one of the best choice.

Great offer of all inclusive, great location very close to Poreč and Green/Blue Lagoon.
Personnel is not welcoming. When we came, we were sent to sit and had to wait for 57 minutes to be checked-in. The price is too expensive compared to what is offered.

It is great location, beach is on 50m, there is a lot of things for active vacation, bike, hike, tennis,kayaking. Stuff is very polite and professional. Food is also nice, for every taste.
We didn’t like how they clean room every day, this is place for improvement. And also room is very very small, but it is new.

Perferct location, easy access, nice, clean room, air conditioning, etc. Possibilities to try several sport activities free. Delicious foods and drinks.
We agreed there will be a baby cot available for my baby, but for 3 days we did not get any so it was a bit unconvenient to sleep with the baby.

Rooms are great, super clean and newly refurbished. Music entertainment was good most of the time. Great fresh fruit options throughout the day. Desserts and salad options were great too. The pool was clean and nice and refreshing. Matrassen and pillows were super comfy.
Main food was slightly same same each night and not great options for kids. The red wine was not good and tasted watered down. No spirits on offer until 21.00 at night, which was very late. The mixers/soft drinks tasted like strong flavoured sirup with sparkling water. We ended up watering them down with sparkling water to make them weaker. Expect to be surrounded by lots of cigarette smoke at the pool and evening entertainment. The staff were ok, but hardly any smiles except from the ladies welcoming you to the restaurant. The airconditioning could not be set lower than 20, so it was too hot to sleep under the duvet provided.

there was a really friendly guy managing the minigolf facility
the worst was the noise outside in the evening untill 3am! (loud music from the beach bar & loud drunk all inclusive guests)

The resort far exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was AMAZING, the food was great and the amenities were more than I expected.
There is nothing that did not impress me I'm every way, the place was AMAZING!!!

This hotel deserves more stars!
Hotel is located just by the sea. There is a private beach for guests with amazing water, mamy places to sit and water facilities. It takes a few minutes to get to Funtana town, which is just lovely.
There are some shops nearby.
Everything was clean in the room. We've got towels and linen. Staff was cleaning rooms everyday.
The best part was Food - it was tasty and various. There are three main dishes but there is a finger food available all day.
The pool was clean.
You can take one day trip by boat or to the City Porec.
Room was made in the old style.
They served cheap taste drinks (cola etc)

Location is beautiful, a lot of shade if needed, very close to the sea. Easy access by car. Food is delicious and varies every day. We were never bored thanks to daily program and sports opportunities (paddle boats, kayaks, min golf etc.) Staff is incredibly nice, hardworking and smiling, making your holiday very enjoyable. Even guy with the little store can make your day nice. We liked also Stephan, who sales boat trips to Rovinj, very good adventure for all of us.
Poor WiFi in the room, cleaning could be better - floors are cleaned every day, but if you make your mirror dirty first day, it stays like that for 10 days. Bathroom and balcony are really small, but it had been already mentioned in the comments , so it was expected. I would prefer more Croatian food and music, just to get the real feeling of Croatia, but I understand that the guest have different taste coming from different countries. The food varies even during the dinner, for example mussels shells were replaced by onion rings.

The staff.
All the rooms in the resort are very old. Air conditioning wasn't working in our first room - we asked to change it because we couldn't sleep. The second room at least had its aircon working, but the pillows and the mattress were same really uncomfortable and weared off.
I strongly recommend to check your room before you pay and if don't like it to ask for another. This can save a sleepless night.

The food was amazing! Lot’s of healthy choices every day. Loved it! You can find food almost every time. Fresh vegetables, fruits. Fish every day. So it was perfect!
The sight and the beach was beautiful.
You have lot’s of things to do there: bike, canoe, boat trips(the boat starts from the hotel).
They were a bit unflexible. For example they didn’t send us another blanket, when we realised there is only one, because it was 9.15 pm.
They didn’t clean the room, sometomes we had to empty the garbish.
The beer and the wine was awful. Take some with you, if you travel there.

We would like to say thank you to all the members of the resort’s staff who worked so hard in this Covid-times to made our holiday unforgettable. Thank you to let us feel absolutely safe! 💛 We will come back in the next years because it was really perfect, the accommodation, the all inclusive service, the beach etc.
We would like to suggest for a better sleep a second pillow and some kind of separation of families and guests without children. The crying babies and screaming kids in the early mornings/late nights didn’t let as sleep as much as we would have needed.

Everything is in full correspondance with our expectations. This is an absolutely fair 3-stars beachfront hotel. AI concept works. Personnel is very friendly and helpful, especially receptionists. A beach is rather good and clean. Adriatic Sea is perfect!
A car parking is very congested. There are no beach towels.
