The location was great, about a 30min easy walk to Salamanca and close to lots of little cafes and restaurants . The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The after hours check in was very easy!

Staff were helpful and the accommodation was very spacious and clean
The mattresses were too soft from use and need replacing. They need a thinner pillow option in the room for prone sleepers. The signage for parking and access to reception needs to be clearer

My room was changed immediately upon request (there was no view on the ground floor) and it was the very auspicious beginning to my stay. I had to make departure time alterations which were also kindly accommodated. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and had everything i needed
There were disturbances created by an alarm going off (twice) related to some feature of the building (which was in the process of being fixed) which affected me only minimally as I was out and about most of the time

Its location.
We stayed in 103 and 104 - the howling wind through the car park kept us awake all night. If we stay again, we will request a room on a higher floor.
