Shower isn't working Bed was broken AC isn't working properly The guy is on reception, he really don't know how to talk to customers. Bed sheet wasn't clean No towel in room

Nothing were at least acceptable as All bad as following: 1)No wifi in lobby 2)Cleaner scan my passport in the check in instead of the employee 3) during check in the employee steal my remaining money 4) they Told me place is bad all people leave the hotel 5)No tissue or any minimum supplies in the room 6)No password for wifi to be shared to not use with laptop, and for mobile they have to enter on the device by cleaner 7) Wrong location on the Google 8) No check out report was given 9) Cockroach everywhere

Blanket is dirty no water bottles no bath towel bathroom & bath tub so much dirty room curtain is very light all the light is coming inside the room The staff is very rude & unprofessional. they don't have manners
