Location. Close to subway, trams, buses, grocery stores and restaurants. Quick time of reaction of the staff.
The kitchen could be a bit better equipped in kitchen utensils such as bigger pots, lids. There was no toiletries in the bathroom besides hand soap.

Comfortable bed and sofa, welcome treats, great location
The apartment was not ready by our arrival at 3 PM. The AC outdoor unit is placed on the balcony, so in summer days you need to decide what you like more: the chill air inside or the balcony. You won’t be able to enjoy both due to the hot air from the AC outside unit.
Unfortunately, the washing machine hasn’t been maintained properly for a while, it was kept closed all the time, thus, smells bad already.
No cutting board. Kitchen hood filter was very dirty. We washed it in the dishwasher for the future guests. Probably the maids weren’t aware you can do that.
