🩷 Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Sophies Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet und unglaublich gemütlich. Die bequemen Betten, die voll ausgestattete Küche und die Aufteilung über zwei Etagen haben uns begeistert. Auch der Bäcker, der auf Wunsch direkt vor dem Haus hält, ist ein tolles Extra.Und dann Frühstück im Sonnenschein auf dem schönen Balkon. Sophie ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation war einfach wunderbar. Sie spricht Englisch, Französisch und zum.Glück auch super Deutsch. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können ihre "Grange" wärmstens empfehlen 🩷

Schön eingerichtete und ruhige Ferienwohnung in einer alten restaurierten Scheune. Der Kontakt zu Sophie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders ihre Tipps zu möglichen Aktivitäten und Besichtigungen waren sehr hilfreich. Sophie spricht neben Französisch noch sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch. Man merkt, dass es ihr am Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste liegt.

Everything about this accommodation exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 7 nights with an 8-month-old and a 3-year-old, and it was absolutely perfect for our family. Sophie was an excellent host. She is friendly, helpful and welcoming. She also spoke English, which was a lovely bonus for us. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. What really stood out, though, was how incredibly well equipped the place was. There was genuinely everything you could possibly need for cooking, relaxing and keeping the children entertained: plenty of utensils and crockery, games for both little ones and older children as well as adults, cleaning supplies, and everything needed to keep the place tidy. For families, there was a great cot, high chair, baby plates and cutlery, which made travelling with a baby so much easier. Having grown up in Alsace and lived abroad for the past 11 years, I especially loved the authentic feel of the accommodation. The traditional Alsatian plates, cups and furniture gave it so much character, while it was still modern, comfortable and extremely well equipped. It felt like a genuine little Alsatian home rather than a generic holiday rental, which made the stay particularly special for me. The accommodation is located in Gimbrett, a lovely and peaceful little village. We really enjoyed the setting and the slower pace. One of our favourite little touches was the boulangerie truck that stopped in front of the accommodation in the mornings, selling fresh traditional pastries and excellent bread. When we arrived, there was also a lovely welcome waiting for us: a large bottle of local beer in the fridge, water, coffee capsules, homemade jam, and a whole selection of seasonings and other essentials. These thoughtful details made us feel at home straight away. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!
