The apartment has an excellent location and is very quiet! 😃
Everything is perfect, but if I must add a negative: one of the bedrooms is a bit dark (has no windows).

Spacious and comfortable apartment (we were three adults). Right next to a good size grocery store and near a beach. Loretta met us at our arrival and handed us the keys. She was very accommodative and let us check in early and check out late. Also, offered to keep our luggages afterward; but we didn't need that. There was also a bottle of wine for us in the fridge which we enjoyed. We will stay there again and definitely recommend it.
The floor could had been mopped.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist tatsächlich hervorragend zentral und absolut ruhig. Sehr gute Bäckerei schräg gegenüber und im Haus nebenan ein nagelneu eröffneter Monoprix mit sehr gutem Angebot.
Auch die Größe und Ausstattung stimmen mit der Beschreibung überein.
Die auch für die Durchlüftung des Appartements zwingend notwendige Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und verlässlich.
Die Wohnung im 1. Stockwerk ist überaus vorteilhaft fotografiert und mit optimalen Suchbegriffen wie summerhouse, Balkon etc. beschrieben. Der Weg dorthin erfolgt über 4 Türen und innenliegende, teilweise ungepflegte Gänge. Der für 3 Personen zu kleine Balkon liegt Richtung Innenhof, der weder einladend noch gepflegt wirkt.
Insgesamt war die Wohnung in einem hinreichenden Reinigungszustand, doch der Teppichboden des im Inneren des Appartements gelegenen, größeren Schlafzimmers (Fenster zur Küche) war sehr verschmutzt und sollte erneuert oder professionell gereinigt werden. Der Hinweis wurde vom Gastgeber aufgenommen.
