Très bel appartement, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Mention spéciale à nos hôtes qui sont très sympathiques et serviables. Consuelo est restée en contact tout le long du séjour (chose rare et rassurante). Un arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble, ou une station de métro à 10' permettent facilement l'accès aux divers lieux de visite.

To był najczystszy apartament we Włoszech w jakim byłam. Gospodarz przygotował wszystko idealnie. Na każdym kroku było czuć, że gospodarz pomyślał o wszystkim np. Kawie, mleku do kawy, słodkim sniadaniu, słodkim przywitaniu a nawet o specjalnym ręczniku dla naszego rocznego towarzysza :) Przez cały pobyt był z nami w stałym kontakcie. Mieszkanie blisko metra, przystanek autobusowy pod oknem. Dziękujemy za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Jeżeli wrócimy kiedyś do Mediolanu to chętnie zatrzymamy się ponownie.

Okolica była mniej ciekawa, ale spędzaliśmy w mieszkaniu tylko noce więc nie robiło nam to żadnej różnicy.

Очень чистые апартаменты, укомплектованные всем необоходимым. Прекрасная отзывчивая хозяйка, всегда на связи, готова помочь. В качестве комплимента - вкуснейшая домашняя выпечка и фрукты, это очень мило. Удобная процедура самостоятельной регистрации и получения ключей. Недалеко от метро. Рядом с апартаментами несколько супермаркетов. Полностью рекомендую.

The apartment was nice. It was clean and comfortable, which is crucial when travelling. We were there for New Year's eve and we were left a bottle of champagne, two home-made cake pieces and a fruit bowl - which was so thoughtfull. The host was so very kind and friendly, texting us to check how we are and wether we need anything. It was a lovely genuine interaction.

The location was an issue in our opinion, because the whole neighbourhood area didn't feel safe. Another thing which was disappointing was that the thermostat inside the apartment was locked in a box, so we couldn't adjust the temperature and the apartment became very cold at some point. The host kindly explained that due to Municipal regulations, they are not allowed to keep their spaces very warm, but honestly this felt a bit ridiculous. The host offered to come and adjust the temperature, but that wasn't something we wanted during our stay. Another thing that was a bit strange was that 2 parts of the huge wardrobe in the bedroom had signs 'Staff Only' and they were locked. Generally, we felt that the price for the stay was way a bit too high considering these inconveniences.
