Breakfast was nice, central location and easy access to everything. Metro is near by as well.

It could be better if you have two queen/double beds in the room. Sleeping in the sofa bed for two is not comfortable. Also toilet is very compact.

the location was excellent.our 4th stay here .staff courteous and cooperative.breakfast was good.

biggest issue was the outdated sofa bed .it was creaking all the time.they need to rehab all the furniture.even beds not that comfy now .breakfast area and tables too packed.our floor had too much noise all day with cleanings going on in various rooms.trolleys bottles etx.

Close to city center shopping and metro station.. Food was cheap close to restaurants.

I will stay next time also.

Property is worth for our pocket. The room is spacious.

Mattress, bed linen and pillow. There is not enough pillows and they have only one pair.

Breakfast was ordinary , much improvement is required to cater to International and vegetarian guest. In house Dining service dont pick up calls and even after calling reception there was no service. Should seriously improve with regards to in-house dining.

1. We appreciate the excellent service that my family received from Ayu Appam in charge of baggage handling. He was very nice to us especially when we were checking out. He is very very professional. Thank you 2. The New Year party on 31/12/2022 was very well organised and we enjoyed especially the dinner, music and the new year fireworks. Thank you and keep it up 3. Generally the staff at reception, restaurant, concierge were very supportive and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend my friends to stay at this hote 4. The door opening and closing ( electronic cards system) should be improved. Most of the time the cards were working in the loft but not working on room doors opening and we had to always return to reception to reactivate Thanking

The fittings were very old in the washrooms and also the sofa couch, a little revamp of this could be great

We booked on booking.com and did some amendments such as add Breakfast n separate bathroom. But upon check in the hotel hadn't updated my request n I had to pay for Breakfast etc. Then I checked for the updated booking number n they said they will revert back. Now we are waiting for refund. Hope the Hotel system synchronize with booking.com. But the reception was nice specially Pye pye. Hope I'm writing her name correctly.
