I forgot to submit a review in July when we stayed. The house is a nicely laid out bungalow, with a lovely garden, and outside eating area. The area is unexpectedly pleasant - quiet and suburban, and nice to walk/cycle around. Compared with Airbnbs we visited in East London, this was head and shoulders above the rest. The hosts were very accommodating, and also quite understanding when we had a little mishap with an iron and bedsheet. Local shops were easy walking distance, and larger shops a short drive away. Also the river is just a few minutes drive for beautiful sunsets, and by the river just out of town you can sit by the river and watch the aeroplanes take off from Heathrow.

The extension room gets very hot during the Summer, so was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in at night without A/C but was manageable.

Really lovely place to stay

Nothing

The property was exactly as shown on line. A beautiful property with gorgeous garden. Couldn’t have asked for more. We visited on the hottest weekend of the year and asked for fans, within hours fans were delivered. Can not fault it. Just perfect.

Large open plan living area and perfectly situated for our stay.

It was only really a two bedroom, the third bedroom was a trundle bed in a conservatory which was uncomfortable for an adult to sleep in. The main lights in that room had been disconnected as they were on a sensor and the lamp didn’t work. Also, the garden ashtray had half a joint in it and the cutlery and glasses had not been cleaned properly (although I expect this was from the previous occupants).
