It is in an excellent location with many restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby; it’s a very quick walk to the Duomo. There is a small washing machine in the shared bathroom.
The toiletries (two packets of shampoo and a small bar of soap) offered were quite minimal, but they were adequate. Visitors with mobility issues may have a problem with the stairs, although they do have an electric chairlift for the two flights of stairs, but it may be for a resident. I didn’t need them, but I didn’t see instructions for use. There were two glasses on the common room table, for the three rooms. I kept one in my room, but I did feel a little bit bad about denying others the use.

Great location to tourist place
Free storage after check out
No elevator, no chair and table, room looks different as pictured.
Check out time 10 and I ask to put my luggage after check out the day before. I need to go to museum at 8:00
I ask the host earlier but the host doesn’t tell me where can I put my stuff.
After that the check out morning he is so mad but I’m so confused……
