Very large and beautiful property with plenty of outdoor spaces. Great swimming pools, including two hot spring pools and one cold-water pool. Our Deluxe Modern room was spacious and recently refurbished. Nice buffet breakfast.

The property is in a remote location, so transportation is necessary for any trips out and about. ​On-site parking space is quite limited. ​The breakfast bakery items (pastries and breads) could benefit from better quality or variety.

Location is remote, could be good if you’re trying to get away from busy areas. Most staff was very friendly. Massages were really good, among the best we’ve had in Thailand

The hotel seems like a shadow of what it could be (or maybe ever was). We booked a room in the modern newer building after reading reviews of musky smells, thinking it would be better in those. Safe to say that assumption was wrong. Our room smelled very moldish and musky from the beginning. Dehumidifying with the airco helped a bit. There was visible mold on the ceiling, little holes all over the ceiling too. Weird smears all over the walls and door. Terrace was dirty, our entire stay there was candy wrappers from previous guests under the bed (pretty well visible). The food was okay but not great. Restaurant staff was often rude or untrained. The 2nd restaurant wasn’t even open. Everything about the place seemed run down, old, badly maintained and not clean. It’s a real shame that the hotel is run this way as the location and nature outside is absolutely beautiful. This place could be an actual gem, but unfortunately it’s far from it due to these very clear details, it’s not even like its subtle.
