The location of the hotel was good in Cap d'agde town, that was the only good thing about this hotel.
Please avoid this place!!! They quote a reasonable price but then add ridiculously high cleaning fee on top so the room works out expensive in the end! Cleaning fee should be included in the price, not added later to mislead customers! Also this hotel has crazy check in time, 5pm!!! And the reception is closed during the day so you can't even drop the bags off! Inside the room is very basic and dirty. They charge so much the cleaning but the beds were not even made, we had to do it ourselves! They also charge a high amount of deposit (£300) which is crazy considering how basic and dated the room was! No free toiletries etc! The place was awful, overpriced and probably one of the worst hotels I have ever seen! Please avoid!!!

Bed was not properly cleaned before we came (everything else was clean). 300 euro damage deposit( but they paid back same day).

Friendly staff. Great location by bars and restaurants. Pool is a bonus (but beach is better).

Communication was dreadful both from the residence and from booking.Well before arrival we tried to change booking as we were going to be only 2 guests.But we wanted to extend our stay by a day.The phone was never answered and messages totally ignored.We arrived at the property at 11 45 am intending to pay the deposit and leave the two people who would check in at 5 to spend the day on the beach.We could not find the office, until just before 12.We explained the situation to the young man who at first refused to take deposit payment as he was going to lunch.I explained that this would mean a round trip for me of 120 kilomètres to come back at 5 simply to pay deposit.He still refused.I stood my ground and he relented and took payment.This took 20 seconds,no longer.He was rude,arrogant,and lazy.

Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable, everything was available. Pool and Gym were great! Easy check in and check out :)

Room smelled because someone was smoking there
before. Also there was no air conditioning and room was in sunny side. After the stay we needed to take off the bed linens and towels and take it downstairs and sort in special baskets. The only good thing was the location.

you have to do everything by yourself cleaning from A to Z plus dropping the sheets and towels to the front desk or you will be charged for it, it’s to expensive to do all that, plus i booked to rooms with the same price, one have the AC and one not when i asked why the answer was easy and simple for them not all rooms have AC, matter fact at booking description the AC was listed in both rooms.

Location is good.
No proper security to guest. One of the hotel guest entered my room by breaking the door lock after drunk in mid night. When complained to the reception, there is no proper action taken against him and no proper information passed to me. Stayed with fear all days. One of the reception regular staff replies that he don't have time to answer my quires.

Dirty bed linen provided. Bathroom not clean. Vanity unit door broken. No staff to discuss or request clean linen until next day. Coffee machine leaking water throughout not replaced despite reported.
Great location right at the port, close to bus links and all amenities. Flexible check-in using the key deposit box.

Everything was definitely fitting the price! Nicely equipped kitchen, great localization, AC was working! 😇
Everything was ok, the stay was cheap so it was not the nicest, but for staying 1 or 2 nights it’s absolutely enough!

Location is great, right in the centre of Port area. Room was spacious and the added kitchenette is useful for storing drinks and making breakfast. Large and comfortable bed.
No answer to phone calls about late arrival due to bus being missed.
Bathroom and kitchen tired with doors not closing and hanging loose.
Mouse or rat running up and down above false ceiling all night.

I don't find something wrong during my stay.
Very nice residential location with all amenities around of this lovely residents guest hotel.
Very clean and very friendly staff to help you any time you need.
