What a fantastic hotel! After a long trip we arrived in the Elephant. We rented the villa which had a pool. We enjoyed the balcony. The airco was really good. The very friendly ladies couldn't stop smiling and were more than happy to help us with everything. They brought fresh water in cans every day. They even have a private tuktuk for fee. It was of out of season so are price quality ratio was very good. I hope to come back one day
It is a 20 min walk to the city centre. But that is absolutely not a minus! When you did your homework you know this. When you don't do your homework and just read the negatives: it's a 20 min walk!

Everything, our room was amazing, really big space and kids had separate room which was great after lots of travel of sharing rooms already. Staff super nice, try the passion fruit mojito! And nearby restauran ‘Haven’.

These guys really understand hospitality. The hotel itself was lovely, but what really made the stay was the people. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome and nothing ever seemed too difficult.
Every request was met with a smile, and the whole team went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. That genuine warmth and friendliness really made the entire experience feel a bit magical.
All of the team were amazing, but a special mention has to go to Puth, who was an absolute standout. She was so warm, attentive and friendly, and always seemed to go that extra mile. She really helped make our stay memorable.
We absolutely loved our time here and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. A big thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome.
We’ll definitely be back.
