The room itself was cute. Up to date. Clean. Accommodated my family of 3. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was cute and exactly what we needed. The views could have been amazing if we had access to our balcony.
The balcony being under construction was not disclosed until after booking the non refundable room. We were promised the view would still be amazing with zero discounts offered. Which I found not to be true. Construction workers spent early mornings on our balcony. Blocking the view of the ocean and causing an excessive amount of noise due to drilling. The room is also located in a perfect location for entertainment and food if only it was not spring break and the partying and screaming and loud music didn’t keep us up at night.
Not to mention there is zero security on the door. Not a latch for extra protection absolutely nothing.
The entire building was under construction. We spent time at the pool while it was under construction and was not my idea of relaxing.
