Having access to the gym on the property was really handy and the kitchen was really great and allowed us to spend our weekend cooking homemade meals.
Limited parking spaces but location area allowed us to walk to grocery stores and restaurants.

The property was very clean, peaceful, and near to everything we wanted to go.
Honestly the only thing we really didn’t like to much was the parking on the street. One day we came back and did not find any place, so we have to wait until someone randomly came and move their car so we could take that spot in front of the building. We didn’t know if we could park other place far from the building! We were visiting and don’t know the parking rules in the city.

Great location. Very quiet, but lively night vibe down at the end of the block on Brady St. The building is so well constructed that sound does not carry. We had neighbors on both sides, above, and below; and we never heard any of them. It was so peaceful that I will recommend to anyone that asks.
Honestly, the apartment overall was clean, but the shower needed attention. Soap scum had built up on tile and various surfaces. It just needed a deep cleaning with steam. It wasn’t “dirty” per se, it was just unsightly and was a blemish on an otherwise wonderful place.

Building was nice and brand new. The apartment itself was comfortable and well appointed. Location was great near Brady street, but far enough away that it was quiet at night.
Street parking was tough to find a spot close by later into the evening, but wasn't totally unexpected considering the location.
