Close to beach
Roaches. 18 yr old grandson who attend college had to sleep on the floor because sofa bed was hard. We were moved to another room that was cold because air was coming in from its outside door. Had a broken dinner plate in cabinet, cracks in a bowl. Yellow stains on sheets not clean. Shower head and faucet running water at same time taking shower

Room was comfortable, staff friendly. Room a bit outdated and Bed was lumpy and sagged in the middle. We still enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Location was great, beach views were excellent, unit was clean, staff were friendly.
The bed was a little uncomfortable and the ac unit was a little loud.

Proximity to the pier and other attractions
Room was a little out dated. Pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Sand was on comforter of one of the beds before we slept on it.

I booked studio with king bed and we had a tiny full bed.
Also check in time was 4:00 and at 4:00 they said room was not ready. 30 minutes later I checked again and was told room was not ready. So at 5:30 I checked again and still not ready and I asked why . He said room wasn’t cleaned yet but cleaner’s would be leaving in 30 minutes and it should be ready then. I finally asked the cleaning lady and she said it was ready hours ago. No apologies just it’s ready!

Old needs updated for sure. No balcony but 2 sliding doors. Several attempts to get keys to work sleeper sofa was terrible no smoking even in pool area tv needs on wall so you can see it other than just one area of the room

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION !!! Wow! The view is wonderful, you step right onto the beach, it's perfect!
A little outdated and beds very noisy, the sofa-bed is extremely uncomfortable as you feel all the spring and bars... also noisy in master bedroom you hear the people outside and music but its to be expected as you are right beside the pier.

It was close to pier. That's only positive thing.
Our fridge was not cleaned so it smelled like fish and the freezer had pieces of fish still in it. I grabbed the housekeeper in the hall and she Said she forgot so did a quick wipe down. The ice still smelled fishy so the food we brought ended up stinking and we didn't want to eat it during our stay. We told management and they said "it's a timeshare". So in other words they could care less. I have been to many time shares that have been amazing. I have never been to a hotel on beach where you can't even eat in the hotel because your food ends up all stinking like fish!!!!
Check in online says 2 and we drove 3.5 hours to get there at 2, they said. Oh, it's 4...we have been meaning to change website. What the heck. No apologies Nothing!

Great location, the rooms were very dated at one time this place may have been beautiful but it’s certainly time to change out the furniture,decorations its time for the amount of money you pay for a night
The inside of the facility still has the same curtains that came with the building.
It wouldn’t take much to upgrade these units, so why does it still look so old
