The apartment is situated just at the end of the boulevard at Boucan Canot, but it is still very quiet (we had an apartment on the garden side). The balcony overlooks the garden at the back (from the hotel next to it) and offers a view of the sea. During our stay there, all we heard was birds and the sea.
Not much. It is a bit pricey, but you get an excellent apartment right at the boulevard/sea. It is next to a road that can be busy, so you do hear the occasional car. It was nothing problematic for us, and at night, it is quiet.
