The owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was huge and delicious, we hardly could eat half of it.
The property where the hotel is located is huge. You can access the beach through a 2 min walk in the backyard and you'll get to a completely empty beach.
The room was "normal" clean, we had better but also worse during our Sri Lanka roadtrip. If you plan to stay here, check out the roof terrasse. You'll get an amazing view of the surrounding and the fresh ocean wind it amazing!
Also note that this accomodation is quite far away from the next town, restaurant etc. You need at least 15min by scooter/TukTuk to get somewhere. But that's what we wanted for a few days.
The bathroom was quite run down and the AC could be stronger. One of the nights we stayed, was a Sri Lankan national holiday. So it got a bit noisy at night.
