Overall we were impressed! Just a little dusty and some parts of the floor were sticky. We would stay here again though, we had trouble gaining access through the front door so we only used the garage for access into the condo! That was the only major issue we had.

I'm giving this a 5 Stars because it's better than 4 stars, but it's really more of a 4.5 star place. It was very clean. The location was easy to get to where we wanted to go - all reasonable uber rides that were easy to secure. The beds were comfortable. As some reviewers have noted, there are LOTS of steps. The upper bedrooms are four flights from the access in the garage. My biggest complaint would be it's not setup for you to spend anytime there except for sleeping. There's a small loveseat and two chairs along with a small table with four chairs in the main living area. If you want to eat there, you have very limited ability with more than four people. There were only maybe 6 coffee mugs and only 4 wine glasses (our group of 6 had a couple of us drinking wine from regular glasses). A couple of other complaints - the coffee pot does not have an auto shutoff (seems dangerous for a rental) and the hot water takes a really long time to get to the upper bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has french doors that are difficult to get to close. If the owner could invest in some more dishes and barstools (there is a bar), this rental would have been a full 5 stars for me, even with the long wait for hot water. But, it's very meekly furnished on furniture and kitchen supplies. So just don't plan to eat a meal there and remember to turn off the coffee pot when you leave if you make coffee.

Host was great, informative and loved how things were newer; nice having a garage. It’s good place to stay for 3 couples but beware it’s 2 flights of stairs to main living and 3 flights to rooms. Great to have the private rooftop and 3.5 bathrooms. I thought this East area would have more to do within walking distance. Not the best setup to hang out with family mainly due to lack of couch seating but nice and clean. We appreciated the stay here.

A great house for a group of friends. Location was great, a short Uber drive to broadway, shopping, etc. Beds were very comfortable, the only thing we wished we had was an ice maker built into the fridge.

Everything about this place was perfect. nice setup, great value, plenty of room, and the manager was immediate in his response to our questions. I will not stay anywhere else when i got to nashville but in this place

This house was perfect. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning, location was perfect, roof top patio was great for relaxing and everyone had their own space barhroom/bedroom. They were more than helpful and answered all the questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great hospitality while we toured Nashville!

The stay was great! Super close to downtown and a great place for a group stay!
