Good place to stay. Had everything we needed to cook our meals and the beds were comfy. TV and cable was a plus. Only complaint would the balcony seating needed cushions.

I didn't find out the exact address or code to get in until just an hour or so before I got to the house. The place was a little rundown, but the location was great! Definitely could use some upgrades. We had no hot water in the kitchen. Had some issues with bugs and roaches in the house.

Property was depicted fairly accurately in the listing. The owner was very responsive prior to arrival, responding to questions about the property, where to take the boat, etc. Condo was decorated well...cute beachy theme. There is a couch in the living room that looks like it will fold out for additional sleeping accommodations, but we didn't try it out. The primary bedroom with the attached bath also has the bunks. I didn't really understand that from the photos. There were some concerns with the overall cleanliness of the unit...there was a basket of (assumed) dirty linens in a closet. The floors were quite dirty, and there was a rats nest of a wifi set up dangling from the mantle. The outside of the property had bird poo everywhere. The pool was nice and received shade most of the day, keeping it cooler than most pools during the hot summer. Overall...if you are looking for a fish camp with a boat slip and easy access to the gulf, this is a great spot. If you're looking for a family friendly rental...look somewhere else.
