We had a wonderful family vacation! The contact person, Adam, for the property responded to all questions immediately. He even called us just before we arrived to let us know that the house had been recently painted so it wouldn't look the same as the Vrbo listing. The house and pool were very clean. The house is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. With a well equipped kitchen, we had great family dinners and fun game nights! The house is centrally located for short drives to many of the popular towns on the Cape. I would highly recommend this listing! Such great memories!

We recently enjoyed a two week stay at this property with our children, grandchildren and one senior pup. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds are all super comfortable. The outside space, especially the heated pool was a big hit with everyone. It is a Central location for exploring. Adam was very helpful in setting up this rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Outdoor lighting for the front porch and garage was not working. This caused some difficulties after dark with an elder guest, a two year old and a young adult with disabilities. This was reported upon arrival and an electrician never came to repair during our week stay. Onlu one garage door was operable from the inside only. This required someone remaining inside to close the door and exit through the front door for every trip. The heated pool was cold. When the pool technicians arrived on our last day they acknowledged that it as cold and put the heated on for our last day.Otherwise we had a fantastic Cape Cod vacation with ur family!
