The views from front windows, and use if wanted of sea facing communal lounge & balcony, in addition to small lounge in apartment. The Georgian property ambiance & decor & the welcome and assistance from Ed, the owner & his assistant.
Central location, easy access to pier, beach, promenade either by steps or slopes or lift or old funicular railway, shops & restaurants, cinema and station or bus for very local places if not walking or cycling e.g. Shoeburyness
Door access to kitchenette, though appreciate a necessary need for fire safety.

The apartment was good, two Televisions one Kitchen and one in the Bedroom Top, Bed was very comfortable and the view from the Bed when you woke up brillant, the Location of the Appartement could not be better.
Seafront to the Front and the Town center just around the corner and two Train Stations,Parking in Front of the house door ( not Free ).
we enjoyed the one week here.
No Broom or Hoover to clean up
Carpet in the Front room needs a wash ( its clean but where people were a bit clumsy)

Ed is lovely... very welcoming, promt and a all round gentleman. It really like home from home. I was there to celebrate my 40th and to my suprise Ed had roses and truffles which awaited me in my room. That was so lovely of him. We was in the lady hamilton and the apartment was more than we could imagined. It was so clean, smelled really nice, the bed was so comfortable i haven't slept that good in a long while. We really didn't want to leave. We will be returning in 2027. All the best Ed, Kerry Ann & Wayne.

Apartment was great and had everything we needed. The property has a beautiful upstairs lounge and balcony.which we could use. Ed met us at the apartment which was easy to find from the station. He was a great host and very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment as a place to stay. If we come back we will definitely stay here again.
Nothing.It was perfect.
