Excellent place for fishermen. Great boat parking

I rent based on reviews so I like to be thorough. This is a nice house with plenty of space and beds. There’s 2 living rooms and the bedrooms are large. The beds are comfy. The “2 twins room” is not a closed room, they are in more of like an office type area with walls on 3 sides- fine for kids though. The deck is nice, as is the dock. So you can prepare, please know: you’ll want to bring your own paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (1 roll in each bathroom), trash bags (1 in the bin no extra), and laundry soap (none). There was 12 bath towels/ wash cloths, so plenty. The gas grill ran out of propane after about 1 min. The charcoal grill is completely fell apart but really small if it is put back together. There are very few cups or bowls, but plenty or plates and utensils. The cooking pan selection is good. There was dish detergent. No fans anywhere (if you like that to sleep) but the air worked well. There is a well stocked dollar store within a few miles. Large spaces were mostly clean, but the rugs could use a wash and the fridge was full of bugs. The WiFi is super slow, but could be partly location too. You will enjoy the place, just come prepared!

We truly enjoyed our visit at Bayside! The location was perfect for our long weekend away. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. The back porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening with lots of yard for the kids to run around outside. We would definitely stay there again.

Rental was clean when we checked in and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Rooms situation was perfect for our family.
