Appartamento elegante, recentemente restaurato fornito di tutte le comodità,a due passi dalla stazione Termini e dalle principali attrazioni della città. L'appartamento di 80 mq è elegante e fornito di tutte le comodità necessarie, arredato con stile e tenuto con altrettanta cura dei particolari . Si trova al secondo piano (senza ascensore) e può accogliere fino a 6 ospiti.
È composto da un'ampia camera matrimoniale con angolo tv (c'è un comodo divano-letto matrimoniale che può essere utilizzato all'occorrenza), una camera con due letti singoli, una cucina completa di stoviglie, zona pranzo, bagno con doccia, lavatrice, riscaldamento termo-autonomo ed aria condizionata.
Il soggiorno comprende la biancheria per la stanza e per il bagno.

The assistance of the landlord of the appartment was absolut perfect. It is near the railway station Statione Termini and you can get there quite easily with bus #71. The rooms were clean and everything in the bathroom for a first start of the holiday was available. The only disadvantage is the noise by the garbage collectors when emptying the glass containers or the traffic driving on the cobblestones. But using earplugs can solve this problem. There are a lof of small bakeries, shopping stores and restaurants nearby. So finally I can recommend this appartment.

Great apartment! Very clean, owner very easy to contact. Everything was amazing. Close to public transportation.

It is not easy finding a property that will handle 4 adults. It was neat an clean. We did take taxis to some locations because it ws hot an we didnt want to be all sweaty getting back to vbro or to the sites. We enjoyed ourselves.

For couples or couple+friends or for families we can recommend this appartment, it was clean and very, very comfortable!! We missed absolutely nothing. In this district there is the university nearby and there are so many locations to have lunch or dinner, there are supermarkets open 24/7 and the main train station and metro is just a 20-min.-walk away. We loved it.
