Superb villa 80 metres from Bonita beach

Questa villa per non fumatori è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da fondali dove fare incredibili immersioni, da zone in cui dedicarsi al surf e al bodyboarding e da molte altre località interessanti. Raggiungere Playa Bonita è semplicissimo, inoltre basterà percorrere pochissima strada per visitare un'altra meraviglia locale: Spiaggia di La Iglesia ti aspetta a 15 minuti a piedi. Questa sistemazione offre anche un parcheggio dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo.

Se il completo relax vicino a una piscina all'aperto o nel giardino non ti sembrano abbastanza, allora sappi che in questa villa avrai a tua disposizione anche arredamento da esterni e un'area barbecue. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Oltre a 5 camere e 4 bagni, in questa sistemazione troverai una cassaforte e l'aria condizionata. Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili.

The property is exactly as described, it is clean and very well equipped kitchen.The parking is an issue only space for 2 vehicles in a villa that holds 17 ppl.Our only bad experience was not being notified that the electricity is charged separately, that was a surprise charge as there's no indication in the site of this charge.I would recommend as it is worth the price paid

The villa is beautiful, well-stocked and clean. The environment is nice and peaceful with many different birds singing in the area. The location is also convenient, just a few steps from the beach. Restaurants with fresh and tasty food just a few steps away. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. During our stay, a short storm passed through and the power went out for about three hours. We could not find flashlights or candles and we were locked in the property because we did not know how to work the electric gate. We had to relax in our car until power returned. If you are traveling during rainy season bring a flashlight or a few candles just in case. Other than that short inconvenience, the stay was great. My kids enjoyed the pool, the outdoor bbq grill, and the nearby beach and burgers at Casa Grande’s restaurant. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Great, well equipped, welcoming villa. Spacious outdoors which is great as this is where we spend most of family time. Pool is great for the kids (and adults), bbq is nice, kitchen overall well equipped. Rooms are great as well; not huge but just spacious plenty as we spend most of our time out of it. Super responsive staff whenever we had a question or issue. The two drawbacks (for us) to be aware of; - this is not super close to town and you will need motorized vehicle to go to Las Terrenas (Scooter, car, taxi). It adds up fairly quickly if you take a cab (~1000 pesos each way for a 10-persons van) - or moto-taxi (200 pesos /pax each way). This is of course irrelevant if you don't plan on going anywhere else but Playa Bonita where you’ll find bars and restaurants (at a premium in comparison to town of course). - there is no access to the washing machine in the villa, despite one being on site. That's too bad but there are lavenderias in town which do a great job. we would surely come back in a blink of an eye.
