We were attending a concert in Saginaw a needed a place to stay for one night. We looked at hotels then came across The Tanner Building apartment. It was perfect! I loved the idea of staying in a building that was built in 1867. Inside the apartment was exactly like the pictures we saw online. Very neat and clean. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is even a Pub right next door. The host communication was great! They send the emails and text exactly when they said they would! ( for the door codes) I wish we would have had more time to spend there. We will definitely stay at the Tanner Building again!! The only thing that was a bit off was the mattress seemed to dip in the middle. Maybe a bit worn out. Other than that it was great!!

This apartment was conveniently located and close to numerous restaurants. Everything was clean and well appointed. The only disappointment was the combined shampoo/body wash bottles - thanks for supplying them - but the quality was very low compared to the rest of the apartment.

The place was great. The instructions were super clear, and when I asked for more blankets, they were available almost immediately. The place was clean, but there was a lot of dust, especially in the bathroom. Cleaning could be improved a bit.

The apartment was clean & well appointed. The location is great - close to everything downtown. The communication with the host was excellent.
