What a wonderful place to stay in Long Beach! Location = perfect. Accommodations = perfect. Comfort = perfect. Communication with owners = perfect. We can only hope that this property is available when we return to Long Beach!!

We decided last minute to book a house in Long Beach for Christmas and have our kids who live in So Cal join us. We had a fantastic time. First, communication from the host was great throughout. Check-in instructions were easy and clear. The house was immaculately clean and very well appointed. I cooked on Christmas Eve and had everything I needed to prepare a meal.
The neighborhood is beautiful, very walkable, with lots of people strolling with kids and dogs, and we enjoyed walking around and looking at all the beautiful old homes and the amazing architecture. We walked to the pier and spent some time on the water. There are restaurants within walking distance which is great.
We just had such a lovely, relaxing time with our kids. And this won't be applicable to most, but I brought a mini Christmas tree to decorate, but to our delight there was a beautiful tree in the family room and the whole house, inside and outside, was beautifully decorated for the holiday. Something I totally didn't expect but was so enjoyable for all of us.
I would totally recommend this listing for anyone staying in Long Beach. It's a beautiful home in a beautiful area.

The location can’t be beat for walking distance to the beach and Belmont Shores. The house is stocked with everything you might need. We really enjoyed the stay.

The home was beautiful. The location is great. We had a family trip and loved the area for restaurants and great local attractions like the aquarium and a whale watching tour.

Communication and check in process were both very good. The home itself was very clean, spacious, had plenty of towels, blankets, loved the open main area and having 2 bathrooms. Driveway parking was such a bonus! Comfy beds and nice linens too! I can’t think of any negative things about the place.

The house is so charming and comfortable. Location is perfect…close to beach, restaurants and activities. I drove from Missouri to surprise my daughter. Our family of four adults stayed here comfortably. The owner stayed in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This house was stocked wonderfully…coffee, water, toiletries, nice towels, paper products. We didn’t need to run to the store when we arrived. We simply enjoyed our time together.

My partner, two girls, and I stayed for 4 nights. The house is adorable and well-appointed: plenty of linens, beach towels, kitchen pots and utensils. Easy to operate TV, great insulation so if someone is watching it, you can barely hear it in the bedrooms. Walking distance to the beach and grocery store. Host was friendly and very responsive. Would stay again!

The house was perfect for our stay in the Long Beach area. It is in a safe, pretty neighborhood close to the beach! Everything was very clean and comfortable, including the beds. Great experience!

What a lovely, adorable, and relaxing property! The neighborhood is amazing for location and so walkable. The house is clean and designed for comfort. We took advantage of the neighborhood restaurants and shops and after a day of biking and another long day on Catalina Island this home was an “Oh I’m so happy to be back here!” moment. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds and linens are comfortable, and the furnishings are perfect for visiting, dining in or outside, and people watching on the front porch. If you stay here you’ll be happy you did.

The house was wonderful. Very clean, extremely comfortable, perfect locator, super close to the beach and all kinds of shopping. My daughter had a tournament that took place at the Long Beach convention center and this was perfectly located for us. Host was incredible, very attentive, available and covered all the little details making sure the house had everything we could possibly need. Thank you so much!
