Our first VRBO stay was a big success! Beautiful property, just as described. Super clean. Friendly check in. Perfect location for walking to everything in Newport, making it even more relaxing. Highly recommend.

Great little home away from home. Very spacious with separate seating and dining area and well equipped kitchen for short stays. Bedrooms were nice size and 2 great decks.

This rental was exactly as listed and exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and spacious. The unit was equipped with appliances and cookware if you plan to use that. The location was ideal. I am not sure all rooms would have a waterfront view, but ours did out some of our windows which was nice. Overall, we would definitely hope to stay again!

My friends and I had a great time at this property. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had a wonderful view from the fourth floor of the Newport Bridge. The location was key! It was central to everything we wanted.

Just alone time to rejuvenate. Unit very comfortable, front staff very helpful. Basic-only TV was a disappointment, as was the extremely poor Wi-Fi. Could not stream or download videos for lectures and movies I would have liked to view. Otherwise, a great experience.

This condo is SO much roomier than the photos make it appear! There are TWO decks overlooking the marina, giving you a morning and an evening choice!. Exceptionally clean, easy check in and out. Great location. Only recommendation - leave more coffee/creamer/sugar. Those little single packs of 1 sugar, 1 sweetnlow and 1 napkin, there were only 2 of these and that was enough for 1 persons cup of coffee on day 1. Hosts, please leave more sugar, coffee, etc. Guests, if you need coffee to fuel up in the morning, bring your own with sugar and creamer.

We loved our stay! The lobby and check in was incredibly easy to find and do. You are right in the center of town within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had no issues with technology or wifi. Everything worked well. Bed was comfortable and condo was spacious

Hi, the space was perfect for ourselves and teenage daughter. The two bedrooms were spacious and the lovely view and fireplace were perfect. We had easy access to the small stores for Balck Friday.

We were able to walk to breakfast and dinner. The view from our room was beautiful and we enjoyed being within walking distance to so much!

Everything was beyond our expectations! Perfect location and every room was spotless. As soon as we walked in my BFF and I was in total awe. I will definitely book again. The town was beautiful. Lots of shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Most of all , I loved loved loved the spacious suites and views!! Thank you so much and yes I will book again

The check-in team was super friendly and provided us with details regarding the facility and hot spots around town.The resort location was perfect, right in the middle of town. We didn't need our car at all!
We were a bit disappointed by our unit's location, from the pics on-line it seemed we were waterfront. We were actually towards the back of the compound and had a view of the pool house. Please update those Pics! Overall we were pleased & enjoyed our stay in a clean and well cared for condo.

Our stay was perfect. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Short trolly ride to mansions and cliff walk.
Hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. Apartment was very clean. Comfortable beds. I highly recommend!

Liked the fact we could walk everywhere, nice location and perfect for 3 people. Quiet. Description of the unit was accurate. Dining table could use higher chairs, needed pillows to sit on to reach the table.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the location was great! Newport is a beautiful city and you can walk to many shops and restaurants from the resort. We had an assigned parking spot. Kitchen was well stocked, coffee and salt and pepper were provided!

Four women celebrating retirement stayed here at it was just perfect!! Plenty of space, walking distance to everything! We never needed anything! Exceeded our expectations! We will definitely return!

We were pleasantly surprised with this property. We have been coming to Newport many years and have never stayed here, but will definitely be back. Reception desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The unit manager responded quickly to our questions and the unit itself was wonderful. Clean, well stocked and in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Can’t wait to come back!

The property was fine, but we couldn’t find the check in lobby even though we followed the instructions for after hours check in at alternate office. We had to ask someone in the parking lot and even then it was hard to find. They need more signs showing the location.

We had a couples long weekend, and we decided to visit Newport, Rhode Island. Our first time visiting there, and it was a lovely and charming place to walk and eat delicious seafood! The condo was perfect for our stay. The view was amazing and it was hard to pull away to go out and do things! The condo was large, well laid out, and would accommodate four people easily without feeling crowded. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. We have saved this condo in our favorites and hope to get back Newport to continue exploring very soon!

Great customer service and reception from the front desk and maintenance. Super friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean and we were delighted to fund not one but 2 balconies!!

Great location, able to walk everywhere and loved that parking was included. Very nice views from the north deck. Unit was just as pictured. Would have given it 5 stars for cleanliness except it did not appear to be vacuumed. Food crumbs under table and hair clump in one of the closets. Otherwise, the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely rent again.

The property was very clean and exactly as described. It was clean and well taken care of. Great location, within walking diatance, to most of the shops and restaurants. The only problem we had was with one toilet that stopped up. When maintenance was called, they did not correct the issue. Other than that, it was perfect place to stay.

This property was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It was very convenient to all of the activities in Newport, RI. We traveled for Officer Development Graduation for our son and this place was perfect. It was also close to the locations that we needed. I would stay there again.
